1. Service Agreement

By booking a ride with Total Town Car Service ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include airport transfers, corporate transportation, and private car services in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or through our booking system.
  • Payment can be made online at the time of booking or to the driver upon completion of service.
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
  • Quoted prices include base fare. Gratuity is optional and at the customer's discretion.
  • Prices may vary based on distance, time of day, and vehicle type selected.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted fare.
  • No-Show: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location may result in a full charge.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • A waiting time of up to 10 minutes is included. Additional waiting may incur charges.
  • Smoking, illegal substances, and open containers of alcohol are prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride.
  • Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times.

5. Our Guarantee

We are committed to providing reliable, professional transportation services. Our On-Time Guarantee means that if we are late to pick you up due to our fault (not traffic or circumstances beyond our control), your next ride is free.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and all our drivers are licensed, background-checked professionals.

6. Limitation of Liability

Total Town Car Service shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or acts of God.

Our liability for lost or damaged personal items is limited. We recommend passengers keep valuables with them at all times.
